The original company, Dispatch Trucking, was established in 1953 for the purpose of providing dump trucks to the rock plants in and around the Irwindale area. Over the years, the owners, Bruce Degler and Kim Pugmire, developed a business model that allowed the company to treat dirt as a simple commodity. As a result, Dispatch has developed additional business units to compliment its core operations. This has grown into what is now Dispatch Transportation, Inc.

Dispatch Trucking operates a fleet of trucks, semi-bottom, bottom and end-dump trailers and provides the required trucking between load and dump sites.

Windrow Earth Transport is our sales and field operations division. Our professional sales force works with contractors throughout the Southern California area. This experienced team of people with years of contacts from within our industry gives us a tremendous advantage over our competition. Providing added value to the job of trucking has also enabled Dispatch to create a market niche. Our customers frequently comment on how they appreciate the added value of providing one-stop-shopping for all of the services a contractor may need to complete the job. This includes everything from providing qualified foremen and personnel to run the trucking operations to managing the entire construction site.

The ProLoaders division is responsible for providing loaders and heavy equipment operators to handle the loading of trailers as well as the maintenance of construction sites.

All of our trucks, trailers and equipment operated within the Dispatch Transportation companies are owned and maintained by our Windrow Equipment Leasing division.
